We want you to love your TUCKD kit. If it's not for you, return it within 30 days for a full refund.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Used needle packs and opened fastener bags cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons, but the gun itself remains refundable if unused.

How to return

Email tuck.support@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions and a return address.

Refund timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll refund the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping

Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong item?

We'll replace it free of charge or refund in full. Just send a photo to tuck.support@gmail.com.
